Company Details:

A growing high tech company in Edinburgh. Very established, with a worldwide user base.


Key Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Wide range of Networking to include TCP/ IP
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies and cloud based storage and software solutions
  • Must have previous experience of supporting a software product
  • Any experience on a global helpdesk would be beneficial but not a prerequisite
  • Any relevant qualifications such as CCNA would be a bonus


The Role:

The role is varied with a key focus on managing customer issues with the installed software product.


A broad understanding of networking, virtualization and cloud technologies as well as experience supporting a software product are key.
