What you will need:

  • Experience in a customer technical support role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to support external customers

Good to have:

  • Experience of virtualisation, VMWare, vSphere, Citrix
  • Experience of TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, WMI
  • Experience of programming and debugging
