What you will need:
- Experience in a customer technical support role
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques
- Troubleshooting experience
- Ability to support external customers
Good to have:
- Experience of virtualisation, VMWare, vSphere, Citrix
- Experience of TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, WMI
- Experience of programming and debugging
