Principal Recruitment Consultant
A Principal Recruitment Consultant is someone who operates at the top of their game! A seasoned recruiter with experience, credibility, and gravitas. Someone who loves topping leader boards and thrives when meeting and exceeding expectations.
While the Principal Recruitment Consultant isn’t directly responsible for managing people you will be responsible for supporting and coaching less experienced Recruiters and sharing your knowledge to help them success in their own careers.
You may also work closely with at least one other Recruiter who will operate as a dedicated resourcer to allow you to continue to win and develop new business.
Being a Principal level Recruiter at Net Talent comes with a lot of autonomy and you will have a voice in everything that impacts the business and the people in it.

Responsibilities
• Consistent achievement of own personal target
• Develop and coach trainee to achieve targets
• Lead by example – achieve own weekly activity targets based on personal ratios
• Consistent approach to business development
• Meeting clients and candidates face to face wherever possible
• Effective management of clients and accounts
• Contract negotiation and/or implementation
• Negotiation (pricing/margin/payment terms)
• Ensuring SLA’s are adhered to and clients delivered for
• Managing of any client issue escalation
• Consistent control of individual sales forecast to achieve target
• Review performance for your key clients
• Individual achievement of continual growth in terms of market/divisional knowledge and presence
• Attend networking events regularly
• Thought leadership events
Experience & Personal Attributes
• An experienced Principal Recruiter from any Professional Services background – Technology would be an advantage – but not essential
• Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in their career would be considered
• Proven track record in achieving targets
• Examples of winning new business and nurturing existing clients
