The role:

• As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for helping to grow the business into new areas, and strengthening our existing reputation within the Scottish IT market.
• Using your strong network and market knowledge to identify possible new opportunities for the business.
• Working closely with the existing sales team on new business strategies
• Creating a consistent sales pipeline and closing new business
• 360 recruitment activities – you will be hungry to win your own business and build your own desk.
• Arranging and attending meet ups, events and conferences (virtual – or when safe to do so!)
• Running training workshops with the team
• Negotiating fees, working on proposals and tenders
• Working with the directors to ensure our business is at the forefront of innovation and implementing new ideas and strategies.
