Service Desk Team Leader

My client, a global organisation, who are currently investing heavily in their technology during a major IT transformation, are looking to add a Service Desk Team Leader to their team in South Lanarkshire.
You will be responsible for leading a team of 1/2/3L Service Analysts, supporting both software and infrastructure queries for the UK Service Desk. Targetting a minimum of a 90% response rate, and adhereing to ITIL standards, you will have exceptional customer service, as well as being a very strong relationship builder with representatives from all areas of the organisation.
This is a technical service desk, and as such, experience of supporting enterprise level software and infrastructure systems, including Azure Cloud is highly beneficial. Furthermore, ITIL foundation certification is essential for this role.
