Covid - 19: Protecting our partnerships

 

We’ve been closely monitoring the news on Covid-19 and keeping up to date with the latest UK Government advice to make sure we're taking the right steps, at the right time to support our partners and our staff.

 

What we’re doing

We’re in regular communication with each other and consistently planning with our leadership and delivery team to ensure there is minimal disruption to the service we provide our clients and candidates. We’re working closely with our partners and are able to tailor the way we work to fit in with their remote working operations.

It’s business as usual here, we’re still incredibly busy and have been able to adapt very quickly to allow business to function as normally as possible.

 

How we’re working

Following guidance from the UK Government, our entire team are now working from home and business has seamlessly transitioned with no disruption to the service we provide to our clients and candidates.

Over recent years we have been building our flexible working and working from home processes and we’re fortunate that our infrastructure is entirely cloud-based including our telephone systems and database.

We’re confident of business continuity and our ability to continue to work in collaboration with our partners.

 

In this together

We are continuing to work our normal business hours and our staff are contactable via all usual methods. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have – we’re in this together and we will do our very best to help in any way we can.

Going forward we will continue to monitor and adhere to the latest UK Government advice while still conducting business as usual.
