Net Talent are partnered with an organisation based in Glasgow who are looking to hire a 2nd line support engineer. This position would be onsite providing technical support to internal employees across the business.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in managing Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
