This role is ideal for a driven and experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial leadership at the director level. Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports for the group, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing insightful financial analysis and forecasts.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organisation.
- Ensure robust financial controls and governance frameworks are in place to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth and compliant audit process.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to support business growth and risk management.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally with Group or International exposure.
- Must have worked within a SaaS and have Data Room experience
- Experience at Director level or equivalent, demonstrating strategic vision and operational expertise.
- Strong understanding of UK accounting standards, tax regulations, and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- A recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA would be advantageous.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
