We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of Oracle ERP upgrades and functional improvements.

This role will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver secure, stable, value-driven change ensuring all activity aligns to global ERP standards, business priorities, and the wider ERP roadmap.

You’ll play a critical role in enabling operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system resilience across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP upgrades and enhancements

  • Planning and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources

  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain and Operations

  • Ensuring strong governance across RAID, reporting, and change control

  • Managing regression testing, UAT, and cutover planning

  • Driving stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels

  • Overseeing release readiness and go-live activities

  • Ensuring improvements align to the global ERP roadmap

  • Minimising post-go-live issues and operational risk

  • Producing high-quality delivery documentation

  • 5+ years’ experience managing Oracle ERP projects end-to-end

  • Knowledge of key Oracle modules including:

    • Finance

    • Supply Chain

    • Procurement

    • Inventory

    • Order Management (OM)

  • Strong governance capability (RAID, change control, reporting)

  • Experience coordinating regression testing, UAT, and cutover

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Strong documentation discipline including:

    • Runbooks

    • Release notes

    • Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs)
