The Role:
The opportunity to manage their workplace transformation, working with all levels of leadership. As Property Transformation Manager you’ll be responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of the transformation plan across their sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property transformation including updating their current locations and considering their go forward footprint
- Providing the right physical environments for colleagues as their ways of working evolve
- Leading the development of their roadmap for physical workplace environments in line with industry developments
- Liaising with colleagues across the bank
- Involvement across all aspects of the colleague experience – technology, wellbeing, community
- Create a property footprint and go forward operating model, reflecting the changing needs of physical workplaces
Key Requirements:

- Property transformation
- Experience of the developing workplace trends and transformation
- Stakeholder management skills, working with colleagues to create the right outcomes for all parties
- Developing the transformation plan, reflecting industry direction and the needs of staff
- Working with colleagues across the team to support continuous improvements in policies, frameworks and processes
- Transformation plan development and execution
- Execute changes within their workplaces in collaboration with internal teams and their suppliers
