You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate our platform's features, troubleshoot any issues, and maximize the value of our solution. Your deep understand of the platform combined with your exceptional communication skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance on platform usage.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique procurement needs and offer tailored solutions to optimize their experience.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with our technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our procurement platform, conducting product training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and resources.
