As a trainee recruitment executive, you’ll be part of our trainee programme. From day one, you’ll be immersed into our team and be exposed to wide variety of IT specialisms. You’ll also learn about our clients and discover what makes their business tick.
When you first start at Net Talent, we’ll kick-off the trainee programme which will see you “buddied-up” with a member of our team. To allow you to succeed, we will ask you to achieve, plan and report on daily, weekly and monthly objectives (both KPI and financial) and set out annual business plans.
What you’ll do
You’ll source, screen and prepare skilled professionals to interview for vacancies our sought after clients have asked us to recruit for. We like to focus on building partnerships, so you’ll take time to understand our candidate’s motivations and goals, in addition to their professional qualifications and experience. You’ll steer candidates through the interview process and offer advice and guidance as required. You’ll maintain and grow our internal database of skilled candidates – ensuring candidate availability is up to date and all data held is accurate and compliant.
