They are on the next phase of their growth and looking to appoint a Solution Architect, this person would have “real” ambition to develop into a CTO position within the Group.
Key responsibilities:
● Leading the technical design, delivery and architecture of the company’s software solutions.
● Understand business goals and strategy; translating these into robust technical reality.
● Responsible for establishing and delivering scale ready architecture, tech-stack, CICD processes, NFRs, security, integration and data protocols. You will own, manage and champion the ongoing technical roadmap
● End to end ownership of technical MVP delivery from our outsource provider.
● Building an internal development team to suit business needs. You will be the functional and cultural leader of this team.
● Ensure the development and coding of new systems meet or exceed industry best practices (e.g. adhere to secure software development lifecycle principles and interoperability standards).
● Deliver in timeframes required to achieve business commercial success
● Work collaboratively with the wider team and provide solutions to technical problems.
