On Friday the 4th of October, several members of the Net Talent team will be volunteering to help with the Maggie’s Cancer Centres Culture Crawl. We’ll be setting up venues, handing out t—shirts, medals and refreshments, managing queues, marshalling the route, giving directions and also cheering all the participants on their way! This event is the biggest single event Maggie’s organise annually, which saw 2,300 people take part last year.
Culture Crawl is a 10k night walk through the streets of Edinburgh, which visits various venues of interest or cultural significance on route. In each venue walkers will find a mixture of entertainment, art, music, food and drink. It’s a great event and wonderful way for people to have some fun while raising money for the centre.
