My client, a global brand name, and innovator within their industry, are currently in the process of growing there support team.

IT 2nd Line Support are responsible for the provision of remote and field support services on the business systems and services as well as the administration of workstations and mobile devices throughout the business.


To be considered for this role, you will have experience in the following:

- Commercial experience working in 2nd line support.

- Working experience using Windows 7 and Window 10.

- Experience with administration of windows Desktop (GPO & Remote management)

- A good telephone manner, customer care, communication skills

- An understanding of ITIL, and IOS or Android devices would be desirable.

This is an urgent role in a very busy support team. My client have rapid release schedules, with a global employee base of 12000 requiring all manner of Desktop and Device support.
