The Role:
The App Support Manager will be responsible for providing support for one of our large Scotland based clients (lots with Highlands & Islands Enterprise & South of Scotland Enterprise) .
This role will be dealing with work on a very well established client contract & the company have really strong relationship with them.
Skills:
In this role they are looking for someone:
- Who is comfortable using MS Dynamics
- Has lead a team of Application Support Analysts
- Who is keen to stay technical and get involved – Be the escalation point for complex issues
- To be the main point of contact to the client & be the technical escalation point for the team
This role will require:
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder Management skills
- Hands on Application Support experience
- Team Management experience
Ideally you will have Microsoft Tech stack experience, but this is not essential:
- Azure, .NET, Visual Basic (VB), SQL, Sharepoint, anything Windows/Microosft, JIRA, Servicenow etc
