Net Talent are working with a leading financial services platform provider and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. You will be part of a technology team, working collaboratively across the wider technology team. You will work with users to understand their business needs, capturing and documenting their requirements in order to translate these into new product features which will exceed user’s expectations.
In this role, you will actively seek out new ways to do things and will constantly be looking to improve the ways we work. You will have a passion for exploring new technologies and seeing how these can be used to create value in our product.
What do you need to succeed:-
- Practical knowledge of user-centred design
- Previous experience in an IT or Technical BA role
- Experience of using SCRUM or Kanban methodologies within an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- A passion for solving problems and building solutions
- Ideally experience of financial services technology and desirable knowledge of Sonata
- An understanding of web-based technologies, complex data and transactions
- A desire to keep learning and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone
