My client, a global FMCG organisation, and instantly recognisable brand name, are in the early stages of a 5 year IT Transformation programme. This involves a great deal of business structure change, as well as numerous technical upgrades. The driving force behind this is expansion, and continual business growth on a global level.
At present, my client are looking to add an experienced Lead Business Analyst to their team in South Lanarkshire. This role will have initial responsibility for mapping the As-Is, To-Be Global IT processes and in time will be have the opportunity to create, maintain, and govern a standard set of architectures which accurately model the organisation. Process Development, Project Workshops, Document Control, and Continuous Improvement will all be daily requirements of the role.
My client requires someone who can align local, regional, and global processes, and create common templates for business process. Experience in doing so in supply chain, finance and sales & marketing departments would be massively beneficial.
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following skill set:
- Business Analyst
- FMCG or Manufacturing industry experience is essential
- Process Modelling
- Business Process Model and Notation 2 (BPMN2) | K2
- Relationship Building
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Technical, non-technical, and functional documentation
- Ensuring adherence to architecture and solution design principles
