Position Overview:

As we launch our new HR recruitment business unit, we're seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while developing your expertise in HR recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to help the business build a successful HR Business unit.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet business performance targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.
  • Utilize our database effectively to track candidate and client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, within the HR sector.
  • Strong sales and networking abilities, with a track record of developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and databases, or willingness to learn.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
