Net Talent are looking for an F# developer to help design, build, deliver and support financial models serving the Pensions market, for one of our large financial services clients. This role is also likely to bring opportunities to be a subject matter expert on models, owning modelling approaches and to contribute to team learning and development.
You will:
- Build and maintain software providing Defined Benefits valuation systems.
- Help the development team understand the requirements of complex financial calculations.
- Build an understanding of system design relevant to existing financial models.
- Work alongside high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams (comprising of developers, delivery leads, testers and actuaries.), within a DevOps culture that promotes team autonomy and engineering excellence, using the latest technologies.

About You
To succeed in, and enjoy this role, you are likely to have experience with:
- Defined Benefit pension schemes
- Development patterns and approaches primarily in delivering F# .NET solutions
- Microsoft development stack and Azure Cloud computing technologies, including some of the following:
- ASP.NET & ASP.NET Core
- Web Services architecture & Service-oriented architectures
- Microservices
- F# & C#
- APIs
- SQL Server/Transact SQL
- Testing frameworks
- Git & Azure DevOps
