First-Line IT Support Technician

Glasgow

Role Overview: As a First-Line IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our client’s internal staff regarding IT-related issues and queries. You will provide timely and effective technical assistance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to ensure smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite.
  • Experience working with Active Directory, Entra AD, M365, MDM Support (Intune)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Relevant IT certifications would be desirable (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) preferred but not required.
