IT Business Analyst
An exciting opportunity for an IT Business Analyst to join a company based in Glasgow who is putting technology at the forefront of their business. This role will be involved in a variety of IT projects and will have the opportunity to expand their technical knowledge and progress within the company.
We are looking for:
- 2-3 years experience in a technical business analyst role
- Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methods
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experienced in requirements elicitation, writing epics and user stories using BDD/TDD
- Showing Initiative within business engagements
- Knowledge of salesforce/CRM and or ERP implementations is highly desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business process modeling and translate complex user requests into true business needs
- Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes
- Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
- Writing reports, instructions, specifications and creating flowcharts
- Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to colleague and customer behaviour
- Work with technical and development teams to ensure that they understand the specifications
- Estimating costs and time requirements of projects
