The Technical Support Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the prompt resolution of technical issues, contributing to the overall success of their IT support services working alongside their colleagues, with a strong focus on improving colleagues’ experience.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience of managing IT Services and implementing service improvements
- Strong IT Technical knowledge in 2nd and 3rd line IT Support across Microsoft technologies
- People person, great at supporting the development of others
