The role: Lead Developer
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £55k plus benefits + shares

About The Role
You will be the lead developer within a small team of 5, consisting of more junior devs and a QA. This role will see you at the heart of all technology based decisions and architecture and also see you involved in growing the team in due course too. This role will mostly be “hands on” with tech but also comprise mentorship, 121s and direct comms with the CEO and stakeholers.

- Skills across the full stack

- A passion for innovation and best practice software development
- Strong project management, leadership and organisational skills
- Big picture thinking and the ability to drive the team towards a shared goal
- Knowledge of mobile app development and release processes

- Strong track record at leading a start up or scale up at this stage of growth

- Experience of working directly with C-level colleagues
