The Role
We are looking for an experienced network engineer who will help support the company’s cloud network infrastructure. You will be primarily supporting the UK but will be part of a globalised support team.
Desired skills and experience
- Take responsibility for planning, installations, configurations and operations of the company’s network and cloud infrastructure.
- Implementing and supporting Cisco LAN/WAN Infrastructure, Wireless, Firewalls and Load balancers
- Perform network patching and maintenance.
- Provide technical assistance and support for team members and knowledge sharing.
- Managing projects and deliver business benefits on time and within budget.
- Ensure the entire network is monitored, identify configuration and/or performance irregularities & that alerts regarding network outages are addressed in a timely manner.
