Office Administrator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. The successful candidate will focus on managing business costs, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to revenue and profit management. This role reports directly to the CEO and requires a candidate with experience in credit control or managing invoicing processes to ensure timely payments in line with contractual terms.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer-Centric Approach: Implement and maintain a persistent customer-centric approach to enhance overall customer experience.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to optimize customer relationships and support cultural leadership initiatives.

Credit Control: Manage credit control, invoicing, and ensure timely payment adherence to contract terms.

Ideation and Solutions: Generate ideas and solutions related to best practices, commercials, new suppliers, and support new appointments.

Contract Management: Create and manage relevant contracts and terms in alignment with business requirements.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in credit control or managing invoicing processes.
  • Using your initiative is key in this role – coming up with new ideas to streamline our  processes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • First class communication skills
  • Ideally have some marketing for social media experience but not essential
  • Excel, PowerPoint and a financial system such as Zero (or any other financial system)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with IT recruitment or a similar industry is advantageous.
