Overview: Join a dynamic People Team in a flourishing business undergoing a transformative phase. This unique People Partner role blends hands-on operational duties with strategic responsibilities. You will manage the entire employee life cycle, partner closely with Engineering & Delivery stakeholders, and support the Group HR Director in shaping the company culture, driving employee engagement, and steering HR initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and employees to successfully influence and implement organizational changes.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage effective performance strategies to boost both individual and team productivity.
  • Talent Retention and Recruitment: Focus strategically on retaining top talent and attracting new hires through innovative initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Regularly monitor and report on key HR metrics to support and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, enhancing processes through automation and streamlining, including management of benefits.
  • Employee Relations: Proactively manage and resolve ER issues, ensuring effective solutions are in place.
  • System Management: Maintain and optimize the use of the HR Information System as a central data repository.
  • Compliance and Audits: Manage HR compliance, including ISO and SOC2 audits, ensuring all practices meet required standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: CIPD Level 7 or equivalent is preferable.
  • Experience: Proven background in a generalist HR role within the technology or SaaS sector, particularly during periods of significant change management and transformation.
  • Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of UK employment law; familiarity with US employment laws is a bonus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ISO audit support, SharePoint, and benefits administration.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent relationship-building, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Certifications: Right to work in the UK, fluent in English.
