THE ROLE
Working in a product focused environment, you will take charge of ensuring that user experience across a revolutionary sports software product will be as smooth as a freshly cut pitch. You will need to be an asset to the company’s engineering teams and cooperate across all sections of the SDLC in heavily agile teams. You will measure the impact of enhancements our developers make as well as tirelessly strive for improvement and best practice.

THE PERSON
Experienced tester, bonus if adept in automation testing
Must have some experience in performance testing, bonus if this is within highly-scalable and highly-available environment
Exposure to cloud based architecture, bonus if AWS
Exposure to continuous integration tools, like Jenkins and Puppet
Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture and queueing services
Communication skills – the ability to explain complicated tech to someone who has never worked it for a day in their life
Motivated tech head who loves all things software-related; a person who loves to continuously explore new technologies and is desperate to gain new skills
Innate curiosity to always ask ‘why?’
Bravery to admit when you don’t know and to voice your opinion when you do
