Net Talent are partnered with an innovative, clinical research firm, to help source and hire a talented Project Manager to effectively lead internal and external projects. You will work externally with clients and internally within the business to define objectives of projects, including scope, timelines and deliverables, and provide effective leadership of the project team to deliver against the project plan successfully. Projects may include working towards an Agile or Waterfall approach.

 

Our partner is a leader within technologies and their specialist field of clinical research within the healthcare sector. If successful, you will become part of a top technical team and play a key role in significant areas of the healthcare industry.  

 

Essential:

 

  • A positive and proactive approach and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced and evolving environment
  • Well-developed and effective Project and Relationship management skills which focus on both project delivery and building a strong long term relationship
  • Ability to grasp a technical understanding of company offerings and product architecture
  • Excellent client-facing skills including delivering presentations, interpreting requirements, and articulating proposed solutions
  • Demonstrable experience of the software development lifecycle, ideally using Agile methodology
  • Experience in one or more of cloud technology, web security and data science software methods and tools

 

Desirables:

 

  • Experience in the clinical research or educational research
  • Demonstrated experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within projects 
  • Technical awareness of cloud technologies, SaaS/PaaS and data analytics
  • Formal project management qualification(s) such as Prince 2
  • High level understanding of Data Science
  • Scrum master experience
