Senior IT Support Analyst

The role:
The purpose of this role will be to act as the technical expert for all IT issues and acting as a point of escalation. This will be combined along with bringing continued improvement to the business IT process.

You should have some experience of the below:
- Extensive knowledge of a Microsoft 365 environment with aspects including Azure AD and Intune.
- Experience managing Hyper-V
- Experience working with Cisco Meraki
- Experience or awareness in cyber essentials
- Comfortable mentoring other team members in the team
