About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Software Architect to lead our team in crafting the architecture for our next generation of software. As a Software Architect you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable software architecture solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where appropriate.
• Develop seed projects to hand over to product development teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development teams.
• Ensure architectural integrity by enforcing best practices and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role.
• Expertise in software design principles, patterns, and architectural styles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
