2nd Line Support Engineer

2nd Line Support Engineer required for an opportunity based in Farnborough.

You will be working in a 2nd line support role where you will be given the chance to work with new technologies and improve your skills and experience.  The technology you will be supporting is at an enterprise level and the technology and as part of your support role you will be given on the job and practical training in a variety of technologies (Docker, Hadoop, Kubernetes and Cloud).

To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong background in IT support
  • A passion for customer service and improving support service to customers.
  • Experience or knowledge of ITIL working environments  
  • Ideally you will have at least a basic knowledge of Linux technologies.
