Support role – Training in Cloud, DevOps and Big Data
2nd line support role available in Farnborough.
You will be joining a highly technical support team working on a U.K. wide bespoke application that uses some of the latest and most advanced technologies. In terms of environment you will be working alongside highly Agile teams in a DevOps environment and will be given a mix of training in these areas to encourage and support your development.
The training offered in this position is unique and you will be given the chance to not only complete formal training courses but you will be given on the job training from subject matter experts who know the technology and applications best.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- 2nd line support experience
- Knowledge / Understanding of Linux
- Keen to learn new technologies (Cloud / DevOps / Big Data)
- Committed to best practice
For this role you will be given training in all of the above key areas
