Net Talent are delighted to be partnering with an ambitious Managed Security Service Provider established in Scotland with a growing global footprint.  They are driven to help protect organisations against the rising threat of cyber-attacks in an ever-evolving digital world.

Due to ambitious growth plans for 2024, they are looking to add a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to their team.  This can be a home-based role anywhere in the UK.  This will require someone who knows IT Security and how it is implemented while being capable of recommending solutions to a varied client base. 

 

Position

  • Provide technical solutions by Identifying, exhibiting, and communicating Cyber Security solutions, ensuring technical clarity and efficacy.
  • Tackle and remove technical issues, paving the way for sales completion.
  • Promote solutions internally to ensure smooth adoption and execution post-sale.
  • Confirm that documentation is technically accurate, including scope, timelines, and budgetary outlines.
  • Educate the sales team on evolving service changes and technical updates.
  • Collaborate on the creation and enhancement of service offerings to remain a leader of cyber security solutions.
  • Offer expert pre-sales technical consultation to both existing and potential customers.

  • Seamless and efficient sales processes for customers.
  • Successful launch and sales of new service offerings.
  • Active solicitation of your expertise by the sales force and internal teams.
  • Maintenance and updating of a comprehensive sales library.
  • Keeping Microsoft certification exams relevant to the job role up to date.

 

Requirements

  • Strong technical grasp of Microsoft security solutions including Sentinel, Defenders, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability in document creation and writing.
  • Demonstrated capability in overseeing technical projects, especially in the domain of service creation and progress.
  • Proactive technical skill with a passion for investigating new technologies and features.
