Sales Director / Director

As a Director the core responsibilities are; developing new business, supporting our business strategies. Working with the business to ensure that we are delivering to our clients and attaining new opportunities to meet the set NP and GP targets.


Working across the organization to embed behaviors and actions that unite silo-based organizations in focusing on priorities in customers’ lives. This manner of doing business honors employees and customers, resulting in a sustainable, repeatable and deliberate one-company approach to growth.


Engaging the organization in managing customer relationships, revenue, and profit. Create a persistent focus on the customer in the actions the company takes. Drive the organization to work together for optimum customer experience delivery. Support the business teams in their roles as cultural leaders in the transformation journey.


Work with CEO identifying new talent to develop into our business and opportunities from your own networks to leverage new business. Consistently aware of new markets, our position in the market place and working with the clients across the business for growth.   

Management and regular reviews of Net Talents clients and networking to attain new business that meets the criteria of our business model.


Business Objectives


Direct accountability for the achievement of the business performance and revenue /profit generation targets/budgets including but not limited to: 


·      Responsibility for successfully leading the company to achieve its NP and GP objectives

·      Regular client reviews with the teams and CEO

·      Consistent control of developing new client opportunities UK wide

·      Delivery and support with current Net Talent clients

·      Tender/Contract negotiation and/or implementation

·      SLA (where applicable)

·      Negotiation (pricing/margin/payment terms)

·      Ongoing management of SLA and reviews

·      Managing of client issue escalation




  • 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • IT Recruitment experience, Permanent or Contract (ideally both)
  • 5+ years' of experience in sales
  • Strong leadership skills
