We need someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for IT recruitment, and the ability to think outside of the box. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.

The role:

• As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for helping to grow the business into new areas, and strengthening our existing reputation within the Scottish IT market.
• Using your strong network and market knowledge to identify possible new opportunities for the business.
• Working closely with the existing sales team on new business strategies
• Leading and growing a 360 team of recruiters
• Hiring for Net Talent Recruiters
• Creating a consistent sales pipeline and closing new business
• 360 recruitment activities – you will be hungry to win your own business and build your own desk.
• Arranging and attending meet ups, events and conferences (virtual – or when safe to do so!)
• Running training workshops with the team
• Negotiating fees, working on proposals and tenders
• Working with the directors to ensure our business is at the forefront of innovation and implementing new ideas and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least five years of experience in IT recruitment successfully

• A strong understanding of the IT industry and the ability to keep up with the latest trends

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

• A strong sense of professionalism and attention to detail

• The ability to manage time effectively

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
